Founded Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts in Washington, D.C. in 1973. Since that time advising on the implementation of branding and operating strategies for nonprofit organizations. An active participant in the local creative communities in Washington D.C., and then New York City and Accra Ghana. 

Presently on the Board of Directors of UNITY EARTH, the Indigenous Cultural Education Center, The Immediate Life, the NGO Committee on Sustainable Development-NY, and the Peace Ling Center. Formally Chair of the Board of Directors of the Foundation for the Chapel of Sacred Mirrors, and on the Board of Directors of District Curators, the Alvin Ailey School,  Jennifer Muller Dance Theater and The East West School for International Studies. Member of the NGO Committee for the 

Represent the Non-Governmental Organization Global Family for Love and Peace at the United Nations for 19 years. Global Family for Love and Peace works in Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council.
